Thanks for shopping with The Sweetest Taboo Bakery Delivery! Based on the nature of this business and products these reads as follow:
CHANGES AFTER INVOICE IS PAID
ANY changes to your order or delivery, contact us IMMEDIATELY:
•Accurate delivery address and recipient information is provided.
•Recipient or an authorized person will be available and present, the ENTIRE delivery timeframe established.
•Desserts will NOT be left unattended, for ANY reason. Unavailable recipient/authorized person upon driver’s arrival is a NON-DELIVERY (no refund).
•Processed within 24-48 hours of payment receipt.
•Mailed MONDAY-THURSDAY, USPS Priority Mail 2 Days (following mailing date).
•Shipped to: AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA & WV.
•USPS is responsible for Transit & Handling of your order.
ANY questions or concerns after shipping related to:
•Delivery, Rescheduling or Pick-Up
•Damaged Goods Reporting
•Refund Request (due to damaged goods, lost package etc.)

Changes to order or delivery PRIOR to shipping, must be submitted in WRITING to firstname.lastname@example.org Fee(s) must be reconciled PRIOR to shipping. ANY discrepancy in order accuracy, please email us as well INCLUDE photo.
CHANGES TO ORDER OR DELIVERY
Changes LESSER than 24 hours notice, MINIMUM $20 Change Fee:
•Changes to date, time, address and/or redelivery
•Changing dessert category, flavor or design
Changes to order or delivery, must be submitted in WRITING to email@example.com Fee(s) must be reconciled PRIOR to delivery.
•Cancellation by client/recipient varying when, once purchase and/or labor is performed, NO refund will be rendered. Cancellation request, must be submitted in WRITING to firstname.lastname@example.org
REQUESTING A REFUND
•You may request a refund for: Dessert quality dissatisfaction, order discrepancy from detailed instructions provided in writing by client when order was placed/updated OR if we are solely responsible for your order missing latest delivery time provided.
•You have 24 hours, from your delivery time to request a refund.
•You will not receive a refund for NON-SPECIFIED preference(s) of yet not limited to: decoration(s), batter flavor, icing flavor/texture, food-allergy, color, height etc. that did not meet expectations, that were not disclosed in writing to apply/omit.
•No refund will be rendered for tampered or neglected desserts by recipient(s).
•All refund requests, must be submitted in WRITING to email@example.com (photo(s) included), to be reviewed and addressed.
•If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
•You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
